What should i do if i cant open any programs?

hi everyone,,i need help on this...i just read about this problem on this link https://ccm.net/forum/affich-78160-cannot-open-any-program and i have read the comment from OriginalWeimgirl and the regedit.COM works and i have opened my programs now but my problem now is on the second step which is about navigating on this one
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ ....when i click on the "exe" there is a pop up says Cannot import exe_fx_w7.reg.Not all data successfully written to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes

help me to solve this please? thanks

i can open now but my problem is on the step which is navigating the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and some of my programs are still in blank icon but i can open them.
what should i do with that OS?

Hello,

Try this 1

1) First backup your registry

Click on Start --> In search box, type regedt32 and press Enter.

"Registry Editor" will be opened. Now backup your registry by going to

File --> Export --> Save the file with any name in your desired location.

2) Click on the below hyperlinks "Fix" and download the files.

Fix

Double-click on the downloaded file -->Click on "Run" --> Yes --> Yes --> OK -->

Restart your PC.

now my another problem is..my laptop always restart and some of the restart begin a processing like this:
Checking file system on C: .The type of the file system is NTFS. One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
what should i do on this?
