Control panel does not show all installed programs

control panel does not show all installed programs
"Programs and Features" section in my Control Panel only shows few of my installed programs? I have around 30 installed on the computer but it shows only7 in it . They're all still in my computer and the program files are in the right order, etc., it just doesn't show up in the Prgm&fts . I am just unable to uninstall some of the things because it doesnot show in program and features list
plz help me to find the solution.
