USB device not connecting

Hello,

whenever I connect my mobile or pen drive to my computer I am getting this massage "your new hardware might not work properly until you reboot"

Please give some suggestion

hi there this message usaly appears when you pluged some thing in usb port and usb finished installing the drivers.
