Hello, thank you for accepting me into your domain. My (first) question is,"Why do you send an IDM with a fake registration number?" I have been unable to download your product due to this. Please help me. I have to use your product to download sources from the internet.

Hello,

We don't send fake registration number.

If you downloaded IDM from Kioskea, you will note that it is shareware and not freeware.

You must purchase a licence after the trial period is any.
