Hello,

I've been annoyed by the keyboard problems when I am typing or when I am playing computer games...

This the keyboard problem that I am having:

Whenever I hold "Shift" key to type a word with the first capital letter, then I release it, the "Shift" key effect lasted a second or two and it made the typing went messy. I'll give the example, such as when I type the word, "COMPanion", as you can see, I hold the shift key to make my first letter of the word as capital, but not intended to make the few after it as capitals too, and I am very sure, that I released "Shift" key after the first letter, the unintended "hold" happened the same way to "alt" and "ctrl" key also.

Is it related with the hard disk space in my computer that caused the effect?

I will be very glad and thankful if someone can give the solutions and soon, the people who have the same problem will be blessed too.

Thank you.

Hi David cyp,

Try changing the "Repeat delay" and "Repeat rate" in "Keyboard Properties. Click here to find steps on how to do this.

Do reply with results.

Hi Zohaib R,

Thank you for such guide, I believe that it helped some, I've adjusted both of the speeds to the very top of them, but it hasn't helped entirely in my "TYPing"... Maybe I didnt tell you, that when I hold the "Shift" key quite a while(0.8 secs) before I type the first letter of the word, and it made the typing goes like this "TYPing", but if I hold the "Shift" key for shorter time(0.25secs) it will be like this: "TYping", I believe I don't wanted burden my fingers with quick mode of pressing and releasing everytime when I want to type capital letters...

Thanks for the try to help, it will be noted. Bless you. :)

Hi David cyp,

I am glad to know I could help you (though little). One more point here, please try using your keyboard with some basic text operation such as typing in notepad or typing in address bar or the web browser and check if the same problem occurs. Also, try using the keyboard in Safe Mode and see if the problem happens again.

Please feel free reach us if you need any further assistance.

Hi Zohaib R,

I must say thank you very much, when I ran safe mode and back to normal mode, the typing drag is no longer happening... Many thanks :)
