A raw hdd

(1) how to convert RAW hdd to NTFS (external hard disk drive) it shows in disk management as a two part first is primary partition RAW and second is allocated how solve it
(2) the external hdd showin my computer as local drive f but not show storage capacity and when format it the message displayed window unable to format it please solve my both problem .

Hang in there, but think about it....

If you wish to have it have some storage space, you must format it and allocate the partition.

All of what you are asking should be done from a dos prompt.

try
run-->cmd--->format f:

look up
help format
from the cmd prompt.
