Internet is connected but doesn't work

My internet says it is connected but nothing really works besides a program called Team Speak 3. This started happening randomly after I restarted my PC because of my mouse being stuck at the bottom right corner of my screen

Hi KeVinX, I would get your PC looked at by a local PC repairs shop, Considering you had an issue before this it sounds like it could do with some help. (Sorry for not giving a detailed answer..)
