Recovering of my facebook account

Hello could someone help me out. I received a message from Umaru Fofana yesterday that I can CHECK IF YOUR my FACEBOOK ACCOUNT IS HACKED.
Type @ [4:0] in the comments, if it says Mark Zuckerberg it means your account is not hacked
If not then you need to change your settings.When you type, use the squarish brackets [ ] and no space between @ [..

Having received this message I tried to re- set my pass word unfortunately I can no longer have access to my Facebook account. I have tried reseting my pass word more than 30 times but no avail.


Please, I need urgent help how I can regain my Facebook accout.
