Could you give me more details about the problem? The folder contains files and occupies capacity but appears empty when accessed or the folder appears empty and cannot be accessed?
Have you tried your drive on another PC? The folder is still empty? If the USB does not contain important data, try to format it. Additionally, I recommend you to update your antivirus software and do a complete PC scan.
