Your question is rather vague. Email to an email that your pc can access?

I don't know what's vague about my message. I am unable to down load photos from my Samsung S5 to my computer that has Window 10 installed. When I used Windows 7 I had no problem. If the preceding doesn't answer your reply, tell me what you need to know.
