Unable to access emails

Hi

Wonder if you can help, i recently switch mobile phones and am unable to access my hotmail account due to forgetting my password. When i run through the process of forgotten password i offer a different email address for the code to be sent to but is saying my session has timed out even tho i have completed everything straight away and cant seem to find any other way to change my password can you help?
