Lost my Yahoo password and changed my mobile number

I changed my Mobile number, can't remember the passcode,. but I do remember the 2nd email I gave when I signed up just can't remember that pass word..there's to many password s to remember these days it's crazy. Can anyone offer any suggestions,I'd really it.

Can someone help me recover my Gmail account, I just created a new one but I need to recover the previous one, I forgot my password and no longer using the phone number that receives the password, I've been going up and down on all this sites,please simplify it for me
