Verify that the connection is good! Go into BIOS and see if the Hardware sees it at the BIOS level.
If it does, but the OS won't load, what OS is it?
If none of this makes sense, there is nothing you can really do to fix it, as it is more than likely a hardware failure, and no amount of clicking will recover it!
