Hi,
Follow these steps -
Firslty,
Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon --> Click on "Properties" --> Click on
"Connections" tab --> Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the options, if you notice any option selected.
Secondly,
You need to open the command prompt as administrator to execute the command. Follow the below instructions.
Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd. When the cmd appears in the search,
right-click on it and select the option "Run as Administrator".
Now enter the below command.
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt --> Press Enter.
If these doesn't help, overlook these steps and try basic ones mentioned below.
Firstly,
If you're using a desktop computer, try checking the ethernet wire and it's connection (check if it's plugged properly). Also, click on the internet icon in the taskbar and a trouble shooter pop up will occur (hopefully). Shoot the problem and it'll let you know why you can't browse though the internet is on. The next thing it'll ask you is to fix the problem (if there is any). See, if it works. If not, try asking the provider and let us know what it says.
Secondly,
If you use a dongle (for laptop) try checking the connection and trouble shoot. Fix it (if needed) and if the problem exists still, ask the provider.
Lastly,
If nothing works, it maybe due to the connection error in your LAN or something like poor speed or some problem with the provider. Ask the provider and let us know what do they say.
Good luck. :)
