Hello,
when I am going to connect my hard drive with my toshiba laptop the light in hard drive is start blinking. but it is not appearing anywhere in my laptop. and it shows in the hardware and devices only as unknown device. and when I open the properties of that unknown device it shows the driver problem and showing the code 10.

Did you test on another computer and/or using a different cable?

The drive code 10 error indicates that the drive can not start. Usually, this error takes place when the drive's driver is outdated. I would advise you to update the driver software of the drive and check whether the issue is fixed.
