Hey there. My son gave me his computer back saying it didnt work. So I turn it on, it says Acer on the screen for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, then it repeats this over and over. Can this be fixed? And how if so? This is model AO1-431-C8G8 snid-61801330623. Thank you

It appears the BIOS is finding a hardware error. This often requires a motherboard replacement. But, you can try re-seating the memory modules to see if that's the problem.

Yeah. That doesn't really help me. I am not computer savvy. So should I just get a new computer?
