When I typed t it shows t5 , when I type y it shows y6

Example my6 problem is t5hat ..

You probably need to replace the keyboard. You can test using an external USB keyboard to see if that fixes the problem.

when i use external or osk keyboard it work fine but when i use laptop keyboard it doesn't work..

your testing indicates you need to replace the keyboard.
