Laptop doesn't turn on

Hello,
when i try to turn on my laptop it doesn't turn on screen black and there are only three lights caps lock on and off. wireless yellow and power button on. it feels like hibernation

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
