Hello,
My name is Lisa and my laptop which is somewhat old, it showing I'm connected bit no internet access. Troubleshooting says windows can't communicate with the device or resource (primary DNS server). Please help

Window can't communicate with the device or resource (primary dns server)

How about what operating system? How old is the laptop?
