Unable to connect to certain sites.

Hello,
I have an issue with my laptop. I'm currently using my old, beat one lol. Anyway, it won't connect to certain sites or watch YouTube videos. Every other computer I have can, but the one I normally use can't, even with other browsers. I have tried disabling firewalls, scanning via Malwarebytes, resetting my PC, resetting my cookies, yet none of them have worked. Can someone help me? Also, I usually use Chrome, so it always says the error relates to a bad MAC address or whatever.
