Hello,

friends, my BSNL internet downloading/surffing speed is only 12kbps. what should i do. i call coustmer care also but they said we do it after while. after 2 or 3 days they call me and said now you used high speed internet. but it still stuck in 12kbps. i call them complaint 2 or 3 times but they didn't fixed it. so please help me what should i do?

Yes, it is extremely slow.

What kind of internet connection do you have?
