Acer one 14 laptop not starting

Hello,
I m using Acer one 14 , I was using my laptop today was working absolutely fine but then I kept it for sleep and still the light which is usually on left wrt to power on/off but was blinking , and then i needed my laptop but it was not responding and even I m connecting my charger then light , nothing is responding . What's the issue plz give the solution very fast .

did yo try this procedure?

1. remove the battery and unplug the power adapter
2. press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
3. insert the battery and plug in the charger
4. start as normal
