You do not need a disk, as BIOS is already set up on the MB! While it is booting up, press DEL key as many times as you can, and a screen shold come up. If it boots into Windows, turn it off, and try F8, with the same vigor as the DEL key.
Do you know the MB maker and type? You should be able to consult the manufacturer documentation to see what the MB is expecting!!
