Plugged in new harddrive 1TB but on disk management

Hello,
Im on disk managment at the moment after plugging in my new 1TB hard drive. It currently says unallocated however I am unable to get it to work. I am running windows 10 and have a current 500GB hard drive instaleld which I want to use aswell as this 1tb one.

you should be able to right click on the new drive and then select format from the drop-down menu.

It doesnt give me the option just convert to dynamic, convert to MBR offline properties and help
