My Inspiron laptop is not booting

Hello,

My laptop is not booting and it's shows black screen with Dell logo and have f2 setup and f12 boot options.but none of the options are working after pressing and screen stuck at same place for hours.please help.thanks

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
