Hello, nowadays we pc many slow & abnormal running.

Well nowadays things like Hard disk fragmentation, full cache, or malware causes this.

Delete your cache, uninstall any FREE software you are using. Run a virus scan! Defragment your Hard drive.

You have really given us no other options but to just guess!!

1-wipe cache how? 2-defragment hdd how properly? yup using im free software however short time in expiring. this removes if i, other how protecting system?
