I have an old intel webcam Model CS330. I installed an Asus Mother board together with 64-bit Windows 7. My webcam stopped functioning. The fact is it is not even detected by Win 7 or by the Device Manager. I downloaded E-Cam from your website., still the webcam is not being detected. Can you please help?

Hi

We don't have E-Cam on this website!

Have you installed the driver for your Intel?

Dear Ambucias, We just plug in the webcam and it works, may be there is built in driver. The webcam is not detected after upgading to Asus and Win 7 64 bit.
Greatly appreciate your prompt response.

Hi

That's great, thank you for letting me know. Yes, Windows 7, 8 and 10 have most plug and play drivers.

Have a great day.
