No access to my Yahoo email accounts

Hello, I updated my Yahoo email account yesterday, and today I can't even access it, I have tried everything, they keep asking me the same questions, the alternate email, and I can't access that email account either, so how am I supposed to confirm or identify anything, after the update it has given me numerous email providers and I have 4 Yahoo accounts for various reasons, and I can't access any of them, including my Gmail account
