Windows not starting

Hi,
My HP laptop with windows XP, is not starting in any of the Modes displayed on the screen. The modes displayed are safe mode, safe mode with networking,safe mode with command prompt. The last option is 'start windows normally'. None of them works. Can you please do help me with a solution. I want my data safely back stored in my drives.

Looks like you have a hard drive failure to which only a qualified technician can attend to.
