Side volume keys aren't working

I had just bought my new computer and the speakers work fine and everything else on my laptop. I have the ASUS 2-1 8th gen and the side buttons on the computer don't work they only power off the computer. These buttons are located above the power button on the side of the computer and I don't know how to fix it. PLS HELP ASAP!!!!

Hi

You will be able to adjust the volume using the volume icon of your windows screen
