External hard drive only downloads some pics

hello,
i have an external hard drive and trying to download pics to snapfish. well i can see the pics but when i send them to be transfered it does not transferall of the pics. I downloaded your tool and ran it. It ran for 24 hours and was progression very very slow. Is this normal? I finally hit cancel because i did not feel like it should be taking that long. Any thoughts?

What do you mean you downloaded our tool? What tool?
