Power Light Blinks Green

Hello,
U have an iView Megatron 14.1 laptop, it will not turn on and the power light continuously blinks green, how can I resolve this problem? Purchased it 2 yrs ago only used Once.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 74.0.3729.136
