Open Yahoo Mail homepage. You should notice a Link:I can't access my account. Click on it an you shall be provide with several options. Choose: I forgot my password .Click on next and follow the steps. Good luck.

but i already followed yahoo several steps. but there asking birth date,location & post code. so after filling those information , message coming my information( which i filled) unmatch with my profile information.
so it mean my information wrong, please help me to open my yahoo mails
