Acer laptop does not turn on

Ok so when I came from school I was going to turn on my white Acer aspire one 11 with that color on the outside and then when I press the power button for 30 seconds didn't turn on the light was on still nothing did it with the charger nothing please help

try this:
1. unplug the wall charger and remove the battery
2. press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
3. reinsert the battery and plug in the charger
4. start as normal
