My laptop is not switching on

Hi, my HP Probook laptop is not switching on, but when I remove its battery and insert it again, the laptop is just switching on by itself for about six seconds and then it shuts down before booting. What could be the problem? And how can it be fixed?

It appears the BIOS is detecting a hardware error and aborting the boot process. You probably need the services of a good local PC Tech. They need physical access to the laptop to diagnose the problem.
