Acer Aspire 51-571 won’t connect to internet

Hi, I’ve been having this problem for a while. My laptop will connect to all routers and my phone hotspot, yet won’t load internet websites and keep saying “not connected to internet”. It worked off my hotspot a week ago the first time I connected it, now it won’t work at all. I’m at my wits end here, I need it sorted.

open command propt as admin,
type ipconfig /flushdns
type Ipconfig /release
type ipconfig /renew

If this dosent work, proceed below.


Open internet options, go to connectivity, then click lan settings and make sure nothing buy the first box is checked.(auto detect settings)
then go to network and sharing center, manage network adapters, find your adapter and right click, then properties, doubl click the Ipv4 settings in the middle box, now make sure everything is set to automatically detect the settings.
