Can't access my Yahoo account

Hello,
I can't access my yahoo account, tried to change my password but the security code is not delivering to the recovery phone number I have in my account, meanwhile an alphabet is missing from the recovery e-mail address I have in my account (si*******@gmail.com instead of os*****@gmail.com). Kindly assist.
