Yahoo mail phone number changed

i have yahoo mail, the problem is my yahoo application on my phone was deleted by itself, the problem is before it happen i did not update my recovery phone number and the recovery email that i created before was no longer working, i know my password, but the problem is every time that i try to log-in they ask for my old phone number which i already lost, Is there no other way to retrieve my email?
