When boot screen has no signal

Hello,
I just Build my new pc and having wried problems
whenever i start my pc my keyboard isnt working my screen is blank and says no signal. my mouse normaly with my old pc the leds wheren on when i start the pc

What i tried is Removing graphicards and put the cabel in the motherboard
tryed my Second screen but still no signal

my specs
Intel core i7 8700k
Asus Prime360-plus
Asus nvidia geforce gtx 970ti
Balistic ddr4 ram 8gb 2666

any lights on the motherboard?

I sounds like a power supply problem - check all the connections.

Yeah the motherboard light works and i does one small sound i read that code means everything is finde
