Facebook didn't receive the recovery email

Hello,



I forgot my Facebook password and I couldn't recovery my account and I tried the trusted friend and I got the three codes but still I didn't receive the recovery email I tried everything spam, trash but there no any emails plz I need help

So you have access to the recovery email account, and can log in? The email never shows up in that account? Are you certain that this is the proper account as administered on facebook as a recovery?
