Dell latitude E7240 showing black screen

Hello,


I my laptop dell latitude E7240 is showing a black screen. I was playing a game then it freezed. I forcefully shut it down but upon restarting, its showing a black screen and the fun is working just fine. It then somehow switches itself off and restart again, just showing the network diode and power supply diodes. Help

I can hear the fan when i switch my laptop but when it reboots itself, i can't hear it again

Try an external monitor and tell me if you get a signal

Unfortunately, I do not have an external monitor with HDMI port nor friends who have such equipment

Sorry,

I suggest you take it to a repair shop, your back lights may need to be replaced.
