My laptop is not turning on

Hello,
I didnt used my lenovo laptop for more than 2 weeks.and it's charge was completely used I think. And yesterday I tried to turn on it.but it won't.I plugged in it and there was orange light and tried to power on.at that time there was a sound from it.and i just tap the power button the sound gone.and the night full till the morning i kept it on charge.and the orange became white light.but till it won't turning on.I removed the battery and put it in again.but still no use.what should i do? Please help me.
