Cannot access emails.

Every-time I try to access email I keep getting downloads. When I try to download it tells me I have already done this. Why is it so difficult now to just get into my emails. Sometimes I can but more often than not I cannot, and at the moment I cannot. Why has the format changed as it is stressful and useless to me.

Sorry but we don't have a clue of what you are talking about. You are trying to download from where and with what?

What format are you referring too?
