SIMS Internet Server Problem

Hello,


I installed the application and I thought I can play offline. But when I started to play the game by clicking the 'Welcome' which is the first part of the categories, there was an important message pop up about the internet server problem. And the last thing is I am using Wifi and the Wifi is good connection.

Can you browse with a browser? Did the game ever work, or did you just install it? What sims is it?
