No access to bsnl internet on Binatone modem

Hello,
I just bought a Binatone modem and I tried to use bsnl internet on it. But the problem is I am unable to access the internet on my laptop or any device. The ADSL light glows, Internet light also glows but the problem is I am unable to access the Internet on any device. I am unable to find the problem.

You would need to check with your ISP if the modem does not work, DSL will need configuration settings entered into the modem they provide you.
