Display screen it's totally white

Hello,

I opened my leptop something write on it like click the f8 key but I can not read it properly and clicked the enter key ...now there is no display on the screen is totally white...I can not understand what the problem is...!!
The laptop is of hp and intel inside...even the power button does not work properly as I want to shut down it through power button it doesn't not work...

Hello

It's difficult to tell what is wrong without knowing the exact message you got when you opened your laptop and also not having our hands on the laptop.

Had we known the exact message we could have had an opinion.

In such a case we suggest that you consult a qualified technician.
