The fact that the system "suddenly restarts" tells me you have more an issue then just the mouse not working!
Change your CMOS battery. Boot into BIOS and load defaults. Save the BIOS. Restart!

Hey Misbah,
You can try the following:
1. Use Windows Function Keys: Fn + F3/ Fn + F5/ Fn + F9/ Fn + F11
2. Roll Back Mouse Driver:
a. Click the Start button, search Device Manager into the search bar and click it.
b. Expand Mice and other pointing devices, then click your mouse.
c. Click Roll Back Driver under Driver tab on the pop-up window.
3. Update/Install/Repair Drivers with Drivers Management Software <XXXXX>
You can try the following:
