Can't recover my Toshiba C660

Hi All,

I have a Toshiba C660 that’s was running very slow etc. I decided to return it back to out of the box condition with recovery but it has not worked and won’t reboot.
It’s sits on initialising partition screen for hours.
I googled some other info, and it gets a both further but still fails.
No matter what I do I cannot get it to reboot.

Any help would be appreciated.
