Asus note book f551m no log in window

Hello,
My notebook is windows 8 but upgraded to windows 10 last year. When i turn it on my screen saver comes up but no log in window so i cant access my account. What do i do?

Press cntl alt delete. What happens?

Nothing the screen keeps flashing on and off and still no log in window just screen saver flashing.

Lets Try the battery trick...we never know...

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
