PS3 is frozen

Hello, I was trying to load gta 5 and then my ps3 just decided to freeze on a black screen and then I waited for like 5 minutes and it still didn’t do anything in that time,so what should I do to fix it but the weird thing is that it will let me load any other game

Check to see if one of your friends console will load it. If not, then it is a scratch on the disk!

I have cleaned the disk a couple times but nothing happened
